Bike is built like it says , and has the power. Came with a cell phone holder with a USB port built in , bike lock and a tire pump. Ordered on Monday and got it on Friday as said, delivered to Texas. Ordered the blue/ black bike and it’s a beauty.

Here is my long over due update. I uploaded another picture showing me pointing to the on/off button on the back side of the +/- power assist button. I also wanted to talk about part of the power assist that I did not talk about in my earlier review below. As I stated, I pedal with no assist until I need it but in order to do that the bike has to be off. I have to turn the bike on in order to receive power assist which causes me to look ahead and guess if I will need it or not.

This electric bike exceeds my expectations in terms of performance.

My wife and I both love this e-bike. This bike is very well built, you feel safe and secure regardless if you want to use it at higher speeds (like me :)) or slower speeds like the wife.
Fanatics tires and frame. Speed modes are helpful. I use the throttle mainly in Manhattan with the congestion however in quieter areas or open road I find myself using the pedal assist mode from 1-3 and enjoy the chill ride. Play with the settings on the shocks for smooth roads or if you enjoy a bit of off-road adventures.
I would definitely recommend this product.

The supplier communicative and attentive to the customer's demands. The shipping process is fast, it arrived early than anticipated. The quality is okay though, I'm still at the observation stage and I haven't really ridden it for longer time but I believe it's worth the price. Therefore, I can recommend it for anyone.

This ebike is perfect! I'ma large man, weighing 230 pounds, and it takes me up pretty steep hills with no problem.

I began riding my new Keteles K800 ebike today. Wow! Amazing bike at such an incredible price. A solid ebike for sure. I am going to buy another one soon. This bike is so smooth, fast, and the torque is awesome. Nice looking bike to boot. I ride mountains everyday, and this is a perfect bike for hills. Make sure you ask for the manual and tighten all bolts before riding. The ignition is a small button on the left side of handebars. I love this bike!! My best, Marianne

I really like this product very powerful and sturdy smooth driving effortlessly change gears

Easy to assemble and packed well. It has plenty of power to get up to speed quickly without pedaling (about 32mph). It climbs most steep trails and hills without having to pedal. However, having 21 speeds is great when you do want/need to pedal. It seems to be good quality and I have no complaints so far. Be sure to check/retighten the bolts and screws after the first few rides or use thread locker. Excellent customer service also.
