30-Day At Home Trial

At KETELES, our top priority is providing our customers with the best possible experience. That's why we offer an industry-leading 30-Day At-Home Trial policy, allowing you to try your new KETELES bike in the comfort of your own home for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the bike.

Please note that returns or exchanges are only allowed once within 30 natural days of receiving the purchased bike. If the return claim is valid, we will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase price minus a repacking and restocking fee of 25% of the original price. If you choose to exchange your e-bike, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original price.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We believe that this policy demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and ensures that every customer can confidently purchase a KETELES bike knowing that they have the flexibility to return or exchange it if needed.
